Teresa Koo

Bun has over 30 years of communications product development experience. Prior to founding
General Line, Bun held various technical positions - first as senior software engineer,
and later promoted to manage and lead a group of senior software engineers. For over 10
years, he worked at IBM Metaphor and IBM ROLM, two of the industry's foremost leaders in
communications products. His acclaimed contributions to the industry are development of a
communications servers for OS/2, and development of data communications products for the
ROLM PBX. Bun is the chief designer for InstantBooking®, a product designed
and developed by General Line. As co-founder of General Line, Bun serves as the chief
technical advisor for the company.
Bun
received both his Master and Bachelor Degrees in Electrical Engineering from the
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with highest honors.

Teresa has over 30 years of experience in software product development. Prior to
founding General Line, Teresa held positions as technical staff and later promoted to lead
teams of senior software engineers in the industry's leading companies such as 3Com,
Intel, Communication Solutions, Zilog, VisiCorp, and Control Data. Applying her technical
expertise and management experience, Teresa is the chief architect in design and
development for General Line. She also develops and conducts seminars in the U.S. and
overseas. Her technical background along with her abilities in management are key to
General Line's success.
Teresa
received her Master Degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at
Urbana-Champaign. She earned her undergraduate Bachelor Degrees in Computer Science and in
Chinese, both from the University of California at Berkeley.
